Below you will find information on required documents during 2020/2021 admission:

A candidate’s application will be considered if the candidate:

1) FOR BACHELOR STUDIES (3 YEARS) OR UNIFORM MASTER STUDIES (5/6-YEARS) – has high-school / secondary school certificate or equal, allowing to apply for studies at university of each type accordingly to the regulations in the country of issuing the certificate.
A supplement with a list of subjects and grades. The document should have apostille or should be legalized BEFORE taking up studies;

2) FOR MASTER STUDIES (2-YEAR) – has a bachelor diploma allowing to apply for studies at university of each type accordingly to the regulations in the country of issuing the certificate.

3) has sworn translations of the above-mentioned documents into Polish or English;

4) for studies in English language, provides a certificate of English language proficiency at least at B2 level (IELTS 6.0, Toefl 87 points, CAE, FCE) or a diploma confirming education conducted in English language. (required certificates will be listed on the main page);

5) has attached ID or passport in the DreamApply system on his/her personal account where no third-party has access to;

6) provides health certificate if required by the Faculty;

7) has an accident and medical expenses insurance policy for at least the first year of studies (valid in Poland), EHIC card or declares to sign an agreement for insurance with National Health Fund immediately after being admitted to studies;

10) pays 85 PLN of admission fee to the designated university bank account (non-refundable) and provides confirmation (scan) in Dream Apply;

11) provides tuition fee for first semester (if accepted by the Faculty) and provides confirmation in Dream Apply (scan);

12) until 10 July creates account in Dream Apply, registers for chosen programme and provides all required documents mentioned above as well as pays admission fee.

If we would have doubts concerning certificate or diploma and if it allows to take up higher education, we will require a letter from school/university the candidate graduated from to confirm that the certificate/diploma allows to take up studies.
